  Very nice food and great customer service too the Steaks are very nice and I love going for lunch or dinner at the Ivanhoe Hotel my Dad loves the food and service there too

  I went there with my mother on the cheap steak night, which I was excited about. Unfortunately, the service wasn't too good. They mixed up our orders, putting my mother's steak with my sides. I only realised halfway through the meal and let the waiter know. Fortunately, they gave us free dessert, which they nearly mixed up as well. I haven't been back since and don't plan on going back again, especially for a full-priced meal (they're so overpriced)! I gave them three stars because they tried and I got free dessert out of it.

  Food was good and wine list decent but don't be fooled by the name Family Bistro or the kid-friendly specials...The only way for families to enter from the car park is a steep, exposed concrete ramp with dim lighting. Meanwhile, gamblers are welcomed in at convenient ground level with warmth and lights. This is NOT a family friendly venue.
